Yes, certain things should never change...like good design principles. They are timeless. Classic. Learn a few good ones, place them in your back pocket (or glass case), use them well. Then, just when you have them down...break the rules! No one seems to do this better than one of favorite designers, Alessandra Branca. According to Elle Décor, she calls herself a "passionate neoclassicist." We call her inspiring.
