When Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier moved into its new headquarters downtown, the iconic brand, which is steeped in tradition, wanted a space that would reflect its history, yet project the company as progressive. To that end, their conference room needed to embrace all elements of a sleek, contemporary mindset. Simplicity, with an almost austere ambience, was key. Wrapped in a soft grey, the interior of this space pops with blacks and whites.
A custom black glass table that seats 14, rests on glistening stainless contemporary legs and is fully outfitted with electric. Bright, white leather chairs feature an accent of black piping on their backs. Microphones suspend from a floating ceiling that was installed adjacent to the original exposed ceiling.
Two unique and stunning LED chandeliers hover above the glass table, seeming to glow with no visible light source. The nubby neutral carpeting is a nice change of pace from the more contemporary elements, adding warmth and texture.
A curtained glass wall overlooks the chocolate production area, offering those meeting the opportunity to observe new product easily. Additional custom touches include sleek cabinetry and a gorgeous Bissinger’s crest crafted in stainless, copper, and brass, giving the emblem a beautiful contemporary twist.
